Refund requests should be reviewed when billing succeeds but the paid product is materially unavailable because of a product-side failure, broken activation flow, or launch misconfiguration.

Normal delivered usage, unsupported input quality, or third-party platform restrictions outside the service are not automatic grounds for a refund.
